Winegrowers Association of Georgia Web Design/Development
The Winegrowers Association of Georgia (WAG) is a non-profit organization based the North Georgia mountains whose mission is to promote Georgia wine. The organization consists of several member wineries and vineyards throughout Georgia's wine country.
In an effort to promote agritourism throughout the region, WAG elected to replace its static dated website with something more modern and eyecatching. I worked with a local photographer to intergrate spectacular photography of beautiful North Georgia mountain vistas, lush vineyards and special winery events such as weddings and gourmet dinners. Vivid imagery is the focal point of the new site, as it draws in the user and provides incentive to visit the region. The website features a dynamic content management system which allows each WAG member winery to maintain its own profile, which includes the ability to post events and photos.
